Emerging Leaders Membership
Free for students
The Emerging Leaders tier is designed for undergraduate and graduate students committed to advancing equity and excellence for Black learners. This tier is application based and students can apply here. Selected students will have curated access to IFE’s network of senior Black education leaders, professional development opportunities, and intergenerational mentorship. Emerging Leaders participate in student-focused networking sessions at convenings such as the HBCU EdTech Summit, gain exposure to internships, fellowships, and career pathways, and join a cohort-based community for peer learning and collaboration. Through this tier, students build early leadership skills, professional confidence, and connections that position them to advance into IFE’s broader membership ecosystem and future leadership roles in education.
Institutional Membership

This option is designed for 501c3 organizations, public sector entities like school districts, or other Local Education Agencies (LEAs), and emerging startup organizations with less than three years of operation. By joining IFE as an Institutional Member, your organization aligns itself with a dynamic community committed to advancing education equity. This membership tier offers comprehensive benefits, including access to a diverse network of like-minded organizations, tailored resources, and opportunities for collaboration and impact.
