Innovation For Equity connects and cultivates Black leaders across the education ecosystem while generating research that informs practice, policy, and innovation. Through leadership development, convenings, peer networks, and research, we equip leaders with the relationships, insights, and strategies needed to create lasting impact for Black learners.

Our Programs

Our programs bring together Black leaders from across education, philanthropy, technology, policy, and nonprofit sectors to build relationships, strengthen leadership capacity, and accelerate innovative solutions. Through fellowships, peer learning communities, convenings, and networking opportunities, participants gain access to trusted relationships, practical tools, and opportunities for collaboration.

Our Research

Our research explores the conditions that support Black educational leadership and examines how leadership impacts outcomes for Black learners. We produce research, convene experts, and elevate practitioner knowledge to inform decision-making across the education ecosystem.
