FLAGSHIP PROGRAM
Senior Leadership Fellowship
A year-long leadership development experience for Black education leaders ready to scale their impact, sharpen their strategy, and improve outcomes for Black learners.
Eligibility
Black or approximate leaders in senior or executive roles across K-12, higher education, HBCUs, EdTech, policy or philanthropy.
Curriculum
Peer learning, executive coaching, a consultancy, and convenings with national thought leaders.
Timeline
12 months - 3 in-person convenings - monthly virtual programming
Alumni Network
50 fellows leading and learning across the country, with ongoing peer engagement.
SECTOR COHORT
EdTech Peer Cohort
A 6 month community and strategic support for Black executives shaping the next generation of educational technology. A space for honest conversation, executive coaching and expansion.
