Madison Jacobs

Madison is a dynamic product marketing and design leader with vast experience driving equitable innovation in technology and social impact organizations. A champion for equity in technology, Madison has contributed significantly to advancing inclusive practices in the industry. As an Aspen Institute fellow, she co-founded The Edtech Equity Project, which provides edtech companies with tangible and technical practices for more equitable AI product design and development and provides guidance for schools to prioritize racial equity during the edtech evaluation and procurement process—creating strong partnerships across schools, communities, and the edtech industry to champion the needs of Black and Brown students. Her current advisory work includes supporting U-GAIN Reading, a research and development hub investigating how to use generative artificial intelligence to improve elementary school reading instruction for English learners.
