Dr. Dorothy Doolittle is a nationally recognized education leader and dynamic presenter, known for her expertise in helping state and district leaders build sustainable systems that elevate educator effectiveness and student achievement. Raised in rural Arkansas, she transformed personal challenges into a lifelong commitment to equity and opportunity through education.
Widely acknowledged as an exceptional teacher and coach, Dorothy has led high-impact teams, directed multi-million-dollar initiatives, and supported leaders in developing coherent instructional and leadership frameworks. As a certified Organizational Development Coach and trusted consultant, she continues to shape innovative solutions that reimagine learning for future generations. Dorothy currently serves as a Partner at TNTP, where she leads diverse teams of consultants in delivering high-quality professional learning across both rural and urban districts in Arkansas.
She is a proud HBCU graduate of Arkansas Baptist College and holds an Ed.D in Leadership from Trident University.
