Our Programs

Connecting and Cultivating Leaders

Leadership Development and Capacity Building

Our programs are designed to connect and cultivate Black leaders across the education ecosystem through leadership development, capacity building, and community-centered learning experiences. From fellowships and learning communities to Lunch & Learns and peer engagement spaces, IFE creates environments where leaders can build meaningful relationships, strengthen their leadership practice, exchange ideas, and navigate complex challenges together.

Senior Leadership Fellowship

The IFE Senior Leadership Fellowship is a year-long cross-sector cohort program that targets education executives in senior leadership roles with 10+ years of work experience. Fellows engage in regular learning sessions, receive mentorship, coaching, and complete a consultancy with accomplished executives across the education ecosystem, attend premier education industry gatherings and summits, and join a tight-knit, engaged community of Black leaders connected and striving toward education equity.

Sector-Specific Cohorts

IFE Sector-Specific Cohort Program is

an innovative six-month leadership development engagement designed specifically for Black C-Suite leaders. Our program is committed to fostering a strong sense of community and connection among participants, offering both intentional and organic avenues for collaboration, and providing individualized and confidential coaching to support personal and professional growth.

Lunch and Learns

As new legislation, executive orders, and political shifts continue to reshape conversations around equity, education, and opportunity, Innovation For Equity launched the series as a trusted community space for reflection, strategic dialogue, and collective action. Each session convenes leaders, practitioners, advocates, and changemakers to unpack the real-time implications of emerging policies and explore how communities can respond with clarity, collaboration, and purpose.
